Refund Policy

Note that Proof of Purchase is required for all returns. All returns are subject to manager approval.

REGULARLY STOCKED PRODUCTS
• Before 30 days, no restocking charges apply on regularly stocked products
(location specific) in resalable condition.
• Between 30 - 60 days, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
• Between 61 - 90 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Note: Product must be uninstalled and in clean, original packaging.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
(Includes non-stocked, made-to-order, limited warranty and special order.)
If deemed returnable, the customer is responsible for:
• Any manufacturer's restocking charges.
• All freight costs (for items not locally stocked to be sent back to the nearest
EECOL stocking location).
• 10% handling fee.
Note: All non-stocked product returns are subject to manufacturer return
authorization.

NO RETURNS - On orders over 90 days and cut-to-length products.
