You can only return merchandise that is either defective or damaged within 30 (Thirty) days of receipt of merchandise. You must contact EECOL Power Rewards Customer Service at 1-833-991-0237 or cspowerrewards@liftincentives.com.
The EECOL Power Rewards Call Center agent will provide you with all the return information you need and will advise you on how to return the product.
Special orders, Discontinued, Gift-Cards and items over $999.99 are not returnable unless damaged.
Errors in Shipment : Erroneous products must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 30 days of the order received by the client. We will provide a postage paid return label so the incorrect product can be returned at no charge. For us to accept the item, it must be unused, in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. If a product is returned to us and does not meet these requirements a refund/replacement may not be given. Once the returned item is received the correct item will be shipped free of charge.
If security seals (battery tab) on electric products is removed, the product can not be returned.
What if I have a problem with a product after 30 days?
If you have an issue with a product after 30 days of receipt of merchandise, you must contact the EECOL Power Rewards Customer Support at 1-833-991-0237 or cspowerrewards@liftincentives.com. EECOL Power Rewards Customer Support will provide you with a proof of purchase and you will oversee contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.
