When can I expect to see a refund from EECOL.com on my credit card statement?

When a payment is refunded through EECOL.com, the original payment is essentially reversed in part or in full (depending on the nature of the refund). These refunds do not typically appear on your statement that same day due to bank processing and hold times.

Generally speaking, refunds can take between 2 and 10 business days to be reflected on your statement. Rest assured, though, that refunds are initiated immediately and your bank will take care of the rest. 

Same-Day Refunds

If your refund takes place before the original payment has settled on your statement, you may not notice an additional line item for the  refund itself. Rather, the original payment may simply drop off your statement. This is because the original payment and the refund essentially cancel each other out.

If you do not see a line item for the refund or your original charge does not drop off after 10 business days, contact your card-issuing bank for more information.
